However, AI-generated results should never be accepted without review. Responsibility, professional judgement and decision-making remain with the people involved in the project.

At kick, we therefore do not see the value of AI in project management as maximizing automation. What matters is whether AI genuinely improves project work, makes knowledge available faster and helps project managers steer projects effectively. This means carefully considering which tasks are suitable for AI, which data can be used and where human judgement remains essential.
