Originally, this was a face-to-face event in our Nuremberg office, which we have now transferred to the virtual space. This gives us the wonderful opportunity to expand the circle of potential guests.
The topic this time: “Agile Transformation based on SAFe®”.
Which hybrid/lean agile methodology has been used most successfully worldwide for the past 10 years, and in a demonstrably measurable way? The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®)!
In particular, larger mid-sized companies, government agencies & global players rely on the application of SAFe®. That’s why it plays an increasingly larger & very successful role in our consulting and training mandates. SAFe® offers a comprehensive foundation that provides a solid compass on the way to agile working on a large scale (company-wide).
At our kick Thursday, we will jointly explore the question which challenges need to be overcome within the scope of a transformation based on SAFe®. In doing so, we will highlight the benefits of SAFe®, but also difficulties and obstacles in proven casual dialogs.
Meet our network partners, the SAFe® experts Gerd Wessling (among others SPC & RTE certified; Principal Agile Coach), and Hans-Erland-Hoffmann (SPC certified, Agile Coach), as well as our managing director Andreas Engelsberger (SA certified). Together they will give tips and insights into their experiences from different transformations.
We cordially invite you to our virtual office on 11/18/2021 from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. If you are interested, please register at firstname.lastname@example.org by 11/8/2021. Your sign-up will then be registered and you will receive the access link to our virtual meeting a few days before the event starts. The meeting will open earlier at 4:15pm on 11/18/2021 to resolve any technical issues that may arise.
Attention: For an effective exchange the number of participants is limited.
